The group’s labs are equipped with brand new state-of-the art equipment for the production and characterisation of a range of materials, including temperature controlled bench-top low field relaxometry and UV-vis spectroscopy.

We also have access to the impressive characterisation facilities at UCL Chemistry and the London Centre of Nanotechnology, including nuclear magnetic resonance, liquid phase transmission electron microscopy, dynamic light scattering, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, single crystal and powder x-ray diffraction, and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
